AMRAP in 20 minutes - Advance
9 pushups
12 situps
15 squats

AMRAP in 15 minutes - Intermediate
9 pushups
12 situps
15 squats

AMRAP in 10 minutes- Beginners
6 pushups
9 sits ups
12 squats
