WOD - 9 am
5 rounds of:
5 Tire Flips
9 Burpees
12 Mountain Climbers - military count

WOD - 5:30pm
4 rounds of:
100 Ft. Walking Lunge with Kettlebell
30 Box Jumps
30 Push ups (advanced - clapping push ups)

Less than one month of CrossFit training
3 rounds of:
50 Ft Walking Lunge
15 Box Jumps
15 Push ups
