25 Curtis P's (95/65)
50 Double unders (singles x 5)
25 SDHP (95/65)


200 Sit-ups 


Time stops when last sit-up has been completed.


Curtis-P is a Power Clean, followed by racked lunge left and right, then push-press. Bar starts on the floor and returns to the floor at the end of each rep.


Scale/Modify as needed.
