CrossFit 864 - No Whining Zone

Warm up - starts promptly at scheduled times.


Today's WOD


7 Rounds for time:


Rx'd=
3 Deadlifts (275/155)
6 Clapping Push-ups
3 Box Jumps (24/20)
Sprint 40 yards (recovery=walk back to gym to start next round)


After last (7th) round complete as many deadlifts as possible with the load that you used during WOD.


List your time and reps completed on last set of deads.
