Thanks to all of you that post your stats and thanks to everyone that has taken the time to give their thoughts on the question of the day (new one coming soon) it's good to get honest feedback.


WOD - 5 Rounds for for time:


Swing em' and Slam em'


15 Kettlebell Swings (M - 1.5 pood/W - 1 pood)
15 Ball Slams


For the "Beast in the Box" Swing the 2 pood bell and slam a 50 pound ball. 3-2-1-Go!


We have a few new pc's of equipment including 2 new 2 pood kettlebells - they got broken in on Friday along with another heavy slam ball!
