Kettlebell Swing (M- 1.5 pood/W- 1 pood)
Toes to Bar
GHD Back Extension
Bear Crawl - one length of gym (one time between each round)

A few ideas for the "Beast" in the Box! Increase the intensity on your own by grabbing a heavier bell, wearing your weighted vest, holding a plate on the back extensions, ankle weights on toes to bar or go straight up Rx'd as listed above and hit it hard and fast!
