3 Turkish get-ups (3 each side. load = Kbell AHAP)
6 Lateral hop burpees
25 Abmat sit-ups
Bear crawl - one length of gym each round

On this day March 2, 1983 – Compact Disc players and discs were released for the first time in the United States and other markets. They had only been available in Japan before then.
