Today's Workout 

Part 1 - Posted on whiteboard (include skill work)

Part 2 - Strength / Deadlift 5-5-5-5-5
Remember the importance of form on DL's. 

Part 3 - Conditioning / Complete 5 Rounds - AFAP:
10 Kettlebell swings (24kg./16kg.)
10 Goblet squats (same kettlebell used for swings)
200 Meter sprint

Abdominal strength - Tabata sit-ups 20/10 (for total reps) 
-starts as a group.

Post WOD - Hydrate. Stretch. Refuel

Today's goal = work hard and go home stronger!
