ALL WODs / Buy In - start as a group.  


The WOD will always be covered (all movements explained) at the scheduled start time (buy in) for that class. Please listen up so that you will be ready to go when the WOD starts.
a.) Warm-up/Skill Work/Mobility

c.) Strength - Deadlift 1RM (Conventional Style)

-Build up to a heavy single

d. Conditioning - 3 RFT:


Run 600 Meters
21 Strict S2OH (95/65)
12 C2B Pull-ups
e.) Cash Out - Finish Strong
