 5 K2E (palms forward)
10 DU's (scale to x 3 singles)
15 GHD Sit-ups (scale to AbMat Sit ups)
Bear Crawl - 1 length of gym each round

Always Train Smart - if you can't lift a weight with perfect form/technique, you shouldn't be lifting it; the risk to reward ratio is way too high. Don't risk it. Train to get stronger!
