d.) Conditioning 21-15-9:

OHS (45/25)
4 Count Flutter Kick (holding plate used for OHS 45/25)
Push-ups (HR)

e.) Cash Out

Don't forget to include "skill work" in your warm up. Work on your weakness.

Focus on FORM today even if it limits the amount of weight on the bar.

How are your joints feeling? How much time are you spending doing mobility work? 

#1 Priority in the gym today - FORM. Do not worry about loading the bar with a weight that you can not squat below parallel.
