a.) Warm-up (spend at least 15 minutes before the buy in)


If you are doing the WOD - do the Buy In with the group.

100 Lateral Hops over PVC Parallettes

80 One Arm KBS (40 each side) Russian
60 DU's or x 4 singles
40  Cal's - AD
20 Atlas Stone to Shoulder (alternate - 10 each side) 

d.) Cash Out
