10 GHD Sit-ups (sub Abmat Sit-ups)
20 DU's (Sub 60 singles each round)
10 KB Swings (24kg./16kg.)
Bear Crawl - length of gym and back. Turn around while maintaining the bear crawl position (don't stand up)
