No Friday afternoon workout today.
We will have a 8:30a.m. WOD on Saturday morning.

Squats and Sit-ups NOT alternating.
Squats (Bottom to Bottom)
Abmat Sit-ups
The following exercises will be alternating:
Kettlebell Swings
Burpees
