Also on May 30 we would like to take a group to do a crossfit workout with some CrossFit people in Greenville. Let us know who would like to go. We need teams of 4. Just let Jay or I know that you would like to go. The workout will start at 10 am. We will offer a Friday 5:30pm class on 5/29 to replace the normal Saturday @ 9 am group workout.
