A few Chuck Norris facts:

Chuck Norris kills anyone that asks, "You want fries with that" because by now everyone should know that Chuck doesn't ever want fries with anything. Ever!

Ok, enough of that...sorry got a little carried away but you have to admit Chuck Norris is the man! Ha-ha nothing to do with CrossFit just needed a little laugh!

For all of you that did "Roy" on Tuesday all I can say is that I hope you stretched your hamstrings after the WOD or before you went to bed otherwise you are going to feel "Roy" again in a bad way when you wake up. That was a tough one....the kind that makes you strong and mentally tough. Gotta love them!

Failure is NOT an option.
