Get your weekend off to a good start by getting up and joining in on the CF 864 TEAM WOD! There is a lot of camaraderie and motivation going on as each team pushes hard to see who will be the fastest and strongest. It will not be easy - I promise! If you are looking for an easy one this morning (with NO results) then you might want to try something else.
