Alternate the Following Exercises on Odd and Even Minutes:
On Even Minutes: 6 Supine Ring Rows / 4 Burpees

On Odd Minutes: 6 Kettlebell Swings / 4 T2B


Rx'd Load on KB = 32kg./24kg.
