There were a lot of new PR's set on this last strength cycle...Saw a lot of determination to reach goals - to crush weak areas and set new goals! It is very motivating to watch you getting stronger and faster!
It has been a great week so far and we are looking forward to an awesome WOD to get the weekend started.
Remember - It never gets easy and you wouldn't want it to.
