CrossFit 864 WOD "No Whining Zone"
9:00a.m. / 4:15p.m. / 5:15p.m. / 6:15p.m.

Warm up posted on the white board - make sure that you include pvc/light weight thrusters

Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes:
5 Strict pull-ups (dead hang with no kip)
5 One arm Dbell/Kbell thrusters - 5 reps each side. (M 45/W25)
5 Burpees

Alternate the following between each round:
100 meter sprint
Bear crawl - 1 length of gym

Roatate as follows -
After round 1 - sprint
After round 2 - bear crawl

Hydrate - Stretch - Refuel (EAT!)

A 'Jiffy' Is An Actual Unit Of Time For 1/100Th Of A Second.
Gilbert Newton Lewis (1875–1946) proposed a unit of time called the "jiffy" which was equal to the time it takes light to travel one centimetre (approximately 33.3564 picoseconds) "I'll be back in a jiffy" from this it has acquired a number of more precise applications for short, very short, or extremely short periods of time. Known since the 18th century, the word's origin is unclear.
