Conditioning - 12 Minutes to complete:

4 Rounds of -
10 S2O (135/95) - anyway / starts from floor 
15 K2E (palms forward)
25 DU's (scale to x3 singles)

With the remainder of the 12 minutes - (no rest)

AMRAP of - 
Lateral Hop Burpees (burpee and jump = 1 rep)
*Score for today's WOD = total burpees completed

Cash Out - Finish Strong
