Tabata Squats - Bottom to Bottom
Rest 2 minutes
Max rep push-ups in 2 minutes
Rest 2 minutes
Tabata Squats (Not bottom to bottom. Rest at top)
Not timed - Complete 100 flutter kicks (straight count)
Movement standards must be met on each rep. Full Range of Motion!
Post workout stretch:Hang from pull-up bar (accumulate 90 seconds total)
Squat stretch (deep/push against inside of knee with elbow-accumulate 90 seconds total)
