3 Front Squats
5 One Arm KB Floor Press (5 ea. arm) AHAP (see below)  
7 Box Jumps (24/20)

A Squat Above Parallel is NOT A Squat!

Front Squat RX Load = Body weight on bar (scale based on your strength)

Floor Press RX KB Load  
guys = minimum 24kg. 
girls = minimum 16kg. Go AHAP!

Jacked up form = SCALED.
