a.) Warm-up/Skill Work/Mobility 

b.) Buy In - start as a group. 

c.) Today's WOD - 3 RFT:


12 Bench Press or Floor Press 
15 Strict, Dead hang Pull-ups, palms forward
Run 400 Meters

Rx Load on Bench Press = your body weight on bar
Pull-ups = strict, no kip, palms forward

Scale/modify based on your strength/fitness level
Rx = Movement Standards-Full ROM/Form/Load


If unable to complete as Rx - see scaled/modified instructions on whiteboard at the gym.

d.) Cash Out - Finish Strong
